Weigh inI've been bad.A combination of lack of sleep and meeting up with an old friend (and many beers) has meant that I've not exercised as much as I'd like and eaten terribly over the past week. Sadly, it shows on the scales.

A 3lb gain in 2 weeks is just not on, but there's no one to blame but myself. If I'm to have any kind of success with this, I need to be disciplined above all else. I'm using MyFitnessPal to record my meals, and I'll strive to record everything I put in this gullet of mine. If you'e using it, please add me as a buddy on there; with other people on there you can give me a sharp poke when I start to fall off the wagon.
