Weigh inForgive me, bloggers, for my belly has sinned. It has been four weeks since my last weigh-in.
I won't make any excuses; life got in the way of doing a fortnightly weigh-in, so here I am at Week Four with an update. Thankfully, it's good news (mostly).
January 21st 2013Weight - 14st 4lb | 91.1 kg | 200 lbs
BMI - 28.4 (chubby)
Body fat - 25.2%
Okay, so I've lost 12 pounds in about three weeks, which is all kinds of awesome (suspiciously awesome, since I've had more than one bad day in terms of my diet). The trade off with this is that my body fat has gone up, so I need to focus on my fat burning efforts at the gym to compensate for this.
I've had some great inspiration from Cat at Oustide Beauty, Inside Health about creating an interval training regime for maximum fat burning. Hopefully I'll rig up something that looks and works half as well as the ones that Cat posted!
